We want to hear from you!

We’ve developed a new online resource for Australians with type 2 diabetes about injectable medications.

Volunteering will involve completing two online surveys and providing feedback on an online resource(s) about type 2 diabetes and insulin injections. Both surveys will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The surveys will include questions about how you feel about managing diabetes and your understanding of diabetes. In the second survey you will also be asked to provide feedback on the online resource. Your feedback will help use to improve the resource.

All participants who complete both surveys will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win one double-pass gold class cinema voucher.
