Research Assistant

Chelsea has been at the ACBRD since 2023. In her role as Research Assistant, she provides support to the LISTEN project with her experience in public health research and qualitative data analysis.
Graduating first with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before obtaining her Master of Applied Psychology (first class honours) from the University of Melbourne, Chelsea has applied her knowledge in behaviour change psychology and data analysis across both public and private sectors. During her time in research she has worked on projects about the mental health impact of climate disasters, national e-cigarette policy, and interventions for young people experiencing psychosis.
She is passionate about science communication, increasing mental health literacy amongst CALD communities, and improving the lives of those with chronic conditions.
