The MHPN is a unique initiative, which aims to improve interdisciplinary mental health practice and collaborative care within Australia. It works across a number of health areas to support primary care practitioners through local networks and an online webinar program.
The Diabetes and Mental Health Professionals Network (D&MHPN) was established in 2012, as the result of a collaboration between the MHPN, National Diabetes Service Scheme* Mental Health Priority Area and the ACBRD.
The MHPN supports a number of local diabetes-specific networks, in most states of Australia. To learn more about your local D&MHPN, search the website or contact Angela Miller.
